Our mission is simple: to reprint the greatest Christian literature from the past several centuries and present it to Christians across the globe today.
A critical component of our vision is to preserve the essence of historical literature exactly as we find it. You will never buy an abridged, ‘updated’ book in our collections. We hold strict, transparent standards regarding the corrections we make to our reprinted books, and only alter clear typographical errors that were obviously missed by the publisher and not included by intent of the writer. Language that was customary to the time of writing, spelling and grammatical customs that have since passed out of common usage, and ideas held by the writer that would no longer be widely accepted today have been left as they are. We are not in the business of changing the past.
Neither do we wholeheartedly subscribe to every word included in our books. While we do our utmost to only print the best, and will not print books that fail to uphold Scriptural standards, we do not necessarily endorse every theological belief held by our authors.
Secondary but still essential to our mission is the quality of the book itself, because a book is indeed judged by its cover. Our goal is to create books that pass the test of time, catch the eye, and satisfy that desire in each of us to hold, read, and possess beautiful books.
Finally, we are always looking for fresh, new manuscripts that encapsulate the best of what is happening in the Christian world today. While reprinting old books is our focal point, we have also worked with current authors who have stories and ideas worth sharing. If you feel your manuscript is in line with the content we publish, feel free to get in touch!
